APARTMENT AVAILABLE JUNE 1st in QUIET BILTMORE VILLAGE AREA
Very nice one bedroom, ground level, 500 square feet apartment available in newer house. The apartment is perfect for one person, is well maintained and has a small private yard bordered by trees. Convenient location only minutes from the hospitals and downtown.
You must have excellent credit and personal references, and like things clean and quiet. Deposit required. The water is included, but you pay electric.
There is no washer/dryer hookup. A nice storage shed is included.
No Dogs. (Cat is ok!) No smoking.
$575.00 a month.
