Supporting Non-Duality and Awakening in Asheville and Beyond

The word "Enlightenment" is an elusive word, best pictured in parables, poetry and metaphysics.

The very thought of it being apart from you is in itself a handicap to experiencing and knowing this vaporous word.

For sure, enlightenment is a state of consciousness often defined as "all knowing," or becoming one with existence.

Yet, this state can, in no way, really be defined. Like the words God, love and sex, this state can only be experienced.

When your essential self awakens beyond your mental thought of yourself, you experience the state called enlightenment.

It is beyond heart, yet paradoxically, you must surrender to your heart..the doorway to enlightenment.

While you are in your heart you are able to surrender, to let go. The state of love is a key to enlightenment.

Your mind is free to assist you to achieve the oneness state and to move you to your heart.

Defects of the brain (the machinery or hardware of the mind) can be a help or hindrance, depending upon the defect.

Often mental programming and conditioning is so powerful...encrusting or armoring you against letting go of mind.

Such minds resist letting go as if the brain were defective.

Use of substances such as marijuana sativa, peyote, magic mushrooms or LSD may have an effect in releasing you from your programming. Unfortunately, while such substances can present you a view of freedom, they are most often short lasting, and may come with the side-effect of damaging the body.

Meditation, not medication, will free the mind...

The process of brain entrainment or harmonic mind balance, achieved through various forms of meditation, along with deprogramming, are foundations for enlightenment.

Dogma and beliefs are programming elements that armor or curtain the mind, keeping your essential self from release.

Bodily orgasm, dance, love, facing bodily death, risking...these are some ways to enter the doorway of enlightenment.

Forms of meditation achieved through the senses seems to be the most effective tool.

Simply allowing the brain to quiet prepares the way for universal knowledge to enter your being.

Right this very moment...this very instant you can let go.

Relax your face, then you hands, your arms... Just feel yourself sitting, and say to your inner self: Just do it!

Just let go... It's so easy. Give up the struggle. Take a deep breath and let it all go...

Why wait?

Ciao Virato!

I like what you wrote. Just you said: "Just let go. It's so easy."

My best friend, Paul Lowe (aka Teertha) often said: "It's so simple. I don't say it's so easy."

Yeah, I know, just words...

In your writing, it seems to be a "real" experience, your shifting.

And I am so happy for you! "Why wait?", you said...

Virato, I am not awakened, I don't know anything about awakening,

and it is so beautiful those resonances with you.

I like to share with you this short clip:
