Join Aile (Amana) Shebar, published author, writing coach and Reiki master, originator of the process "Writing from the Heart™" and Deborah Hellman, who opens and reads the Akashic Records, for a uniquely facilitated workshop, as they combine skills to bring our hearts from limitation into creative, expressive openness, using Aile's Writing from the Heart™ process and Deborah's interpretative ability with the Akashic Records.

An exploration using Writing Practice, meditation and guided imagery will inspire both ancient and contemporary insights for growth and awareness.
