Tibetan Yoga Workshop in Durham

Join Teala and Triangle Sangha friends for a Tibetan Yoga Workshop Dec 19-21. 7:00-9:00pm Friday the 19th. 9:00am to 5:00pm Saturday the 20th, ending at 12 noon  Sunday 21st.  

Patanjali's Place is hosting Geshe Tenzin Yangton of Ligmincha International for a weekend workshop on the Tibetan yogas of Tsa Lung and Trul Khor. These practices foster healing through clearing the energetic channels of the body, and also support stillness of mind for self-recognition. This will be a fun and healing weekend with a skilled traditional Tibetan teacher!
