E Smith and Life is Heart are embarking on a 5,555 mile, 21-day tour of America to help people become more heart-centered and step into empowerment despite uncertain economic times and a changing cultural landscape.

Our goal is to teach at least 1,111 people the life changing "Evolving Heart Meditation." As detailed in the new book, "The Evolutionary Guidebook: Follow Your Heart / BE Your Power," the meditation can immediately help a) Shift personal economic climate, (b) Improve interpersonal relationships, (c) Clarify life purpose & (d) Positively impact communities. The meditation supports the spiritual and religious backgrounds of all people.

"Its a very simple practice... easily teachable and very potent," says E. "The trajectory of one's life can be altered by employing the practice for just a few minutes everyday. It brings together great wisdom and ageless traditions in a simplistic and modern application."

The tour hits the road Wednesday, September 8 from "Journeys For Conscious Living" in Arvada, CO then traveling to Dallas, Nashville, Atlanta, Charlotte, Asheville NC, Washington DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York City, Providence, Amherst MA, Boston, Nantucket, Ithaca, Cleveland and Chicago. At each stop, Life is Heart will partner with local musicians to host unique evolutionary events to include performances, followed by a short presentation on “The 7 Evolutionary Guidelines: How To Live Your Potential Now,” and ending with instruction and a guided meditation for Evolutionary Consciousness. All events are FREE and OPEN to the public.
