Join Barbara and friends for a day of witnessing without judgement, centering in our bodies and connecting with nature to allow our innate beauty to shine through. Nature teaches us the nature of our True Self and how we are perfect as we are. Nature teaches us to Be. Our minds naturally quiet down and we start to see beauty everywhere-outside and In. Held at a gorgeous outside location 10 minutes from downtown Asheville. This day of mindfulness is a free gift to participants. Space is limited.
