Join us this Thursday from 7:30 to 9 p.m. at Lighten Up Yoga for our weekly satsang gathering.
Satsang is an extraordinarily potent means by which we can explore our essential nature in the company of a supportive community. It is from this space of openness where you are invited you to un-know and discover the truth for yourself. Satsang includes grounding in silence, a talk and dialogue with guests to explore questions meaningful to them.
Suggested donation of $15 made payable at the door. All are welcome regardless of ability to pay.
