Event Description

Patty & Don of Well Being Foundation are offering a 4 day silent retreat around New Year's in Tazewell TN. Patty worked at Open Gate Sangha, Adyashanti's organization in California. Patty currently is involved with hosting Mukti when she comes to this region.

The retreat will include Adyashanti video Satsang and periods of meditation.

Well Being Foundation is about a 2 hour drive from Asheville. The retreat is offered on a donation basis. Participants are asked to help with the chores, clean up, and food preparation. Participants are asked to bring food to share.
