Event Description

One Heart Sangha is hosting a weekend retreat with Judith Avalon in Chapel Hill. January 21-22, 10:00am to 4:00pm.

Learning to live from a place of embodied heart and presence in everyday life and relationship.

Our weekend will include guided meditation and quiet sitting, teachings and opportunities to bring our real life examples to work through as a group. Content may include our limiting self-images and beliefs, how we project and suffer in relationships, bringing acceptance and compassion to ourselves, and practicing generosity.

Judith is a long-time Vajrayana practicioner with a very strong connection to the Divine Mother. She teaches and guides from a place of empty compassion with the intention of helping us drop our limiting cages of egoic grasping.

Asking cost of $50 per day(all monies go to support Judith and this work) but all are welcome regardless of financial contribution.
For those coming from further away our local sangha members can house you on Saturday night.

Snack and drink provided. Please pack your own lunch.
