"Worry has been described as paying a debt we don’t owe. We worry about worst case scenarios that almost never happen as we imagine. Byron Katie says that reality is always kinder than the stories we tell ourselves about it. And even when true catastrophes do happen, worrying about it in advance doesn’t help. And yet, some disaster avoidance planning is prudent. This talk will explore this nuanced territory."
