Getting There

Note: The Barn is located on a very new gravel road named Duffy's Way. Please do not turn onto Orange Grove Road from NC-54 -- instead, go a little East to Duffy's Way. Follow the road to the Barn.

From points West:
Travel eastbound on I-40. Take exit 148 for NC-54 toward Chapel Hill/ Carrboro and take a right onto East Harden Street/NC-54. Stay on NC-54 for about 14 miles. Just after Orange Grove Road..Turn left onto Duffy's Way.

From points East:
Travel westbound on I-40. Take exit 273A for NC-54W toward Chapel Hill.After 2.9 miles, turn right onto the NC-54W/US 15-501 ramp toward Carrboro/Pittsboro. Stay on NC-54 for about 11 miles..Turn right onto Duffy's Way.

Tips for directions & parking: It takes about 15 minutes to get to the Barn from Chapel Hill. Take Hwy 15-501 S through Chapel Hill, past the turn off for UNC Hospital, to Highway 54 W Bypass (No exit! 15-501 just turns into Hwy 54). Keep driving until you reach Carrboro Plaza on your left and a gas station on your right at a stoplight, where 54 W Bypass turns into 54W heading toward Graham. From... this stoplight go exactly 5.8 miles and then, finally, turn right on Duffy’s Way. Duffy's way is about 1/2 mile past the Shell & Citgo gas stations on Hwy 54 and it is a small white gravel road. The barn is visible in the distance from the road.

Drive the left past the Barn to find the paved parking lot. Park there or on the grassy area adjacent to the parking lot. Please do not park on the right of the Barn, or near neighboring properties!
