Channeling Grace on 11/11/11 at 11:11 Meditation

Please bring a meditation mat, cushion, blanket, or whatever you would like to make yourself comfortable.  Chairs will be available.  And bring a bottle of water.  I know that some people intend to bring crystals or sacred objects to be charged with the energy of the meditation, so you’re welcome to bring those if you would like as well.

Please arrive anytime between 10 am – 10:45 am, which will be a time for socializing.  (I respectfully request that you arrive no later than 10:45 am)  At 10:45 am, we will all start to get settled, quiet and focused.  At 10:55 am, I intend to give a 5 minute talk.  From 11 am-11:30 am, we will all sit in silence.  During this half hour of silence, I will ring a chime at 11:11 am, and we will all chant “OM” together three times. OM is a very ancient way of channeling grace, and re-affirms our connection to each other and the Earth.   (However, if you don’t resonate with the word OM, feel free to chant “love” or “grace” or anything that you like.)

From 11:30-noon, there will be more time to socialize.
