An opportunity to enter into deep presence and bring questions and issues concerning the personal, psychological and spiritual realms. Bring questions and issues for exploration. Begins with 1/2hour of gentle yoga led by Kirsten Walz suitable for anyone, then Bill leads into guided meditation to discovery of true self in deep stillness, then join in Satsang.
