Join us for an evening of The Work of Byron Katie, an introductory experience suited for both beginners and veterans to The Work. We will cover the foundations and the basics of The Work, learning and experiencing the simple 4 step process that can be easily integrated into daily life.

The stories that we tell ourselves are all that keep us from self-realization in any moment. This incredibly simple yet profound process shows us how to see beyond these stories to the truth, if we're willing to see it.
