Event Description
Linnie has been practicing and teaching the Alexander Technique for many years. Using her hands, she gently interferes with long-held habits of holding tension in the body. She discusses with the person what is taking place, which facilitates the beginning of the process of self-observation. The result of this work is an increased awareness and consciousness in every aspect of our lives.
