Embodying a more Central Consciousness!
A shared wholistic practice of Movement and Sacred Sound led by Shemsuddin
Shemsuddin is a long time dancer, musician, and supervised leader for the Dances of Universal Peace, and a mithrib for the Sufi practice of dzikr. He has had the great fortune of serving many dance circles, gifted teachers and dance leaders from around the globe. As he leads he listens through the experience of 21 years of musicianship, and 20 years of being a student in the Sufi Ruhaniat International.
$10 requested exchange. No one turned away for lack of funds.

Many of us have been inspired by Jellaluddin Rumi and his spacious way with words, illuminating a path toward a world where distinctions and differences are delights and our unity is well celebrated. Join us for this special event evening of Peace Dances inspired by Rumi's wisdom. Local poet, Tracey Schmidt, will share the poetry of Rumi throughout the evening!
