- I have been involved is Spiritual inquiry since the 60’s . From EST, Summit, Playground, Adyashanti, Byron Katie, Leonard Jacobson, Rebrithing breathwork, SOM, Jeff Foster & Matt Lucia, I went to India with Oneness in 2007, and another time years later, held Deeksha groups, presently doing Wim Hof breathwork and cold water swimming. I am looking to connect with others.
