Supporting Non-Duality and Awakening in Asheville and Beyond

The deep wounded-ness
oozes its pain.
This viral infection in the human mind
gives rise to projections of blame,
and the courtroom drama unfolds.

Our parents, teachers, nuns, the Pope,
someone, Hell,
even the Omniscient One
must be brought to justice
for this hell-hole breeding ground
of pain and suffering.

The small, contracted me
hunkered down in survival mode,
circles around the drain,
dazed by this constantly changing surface world,
its perpetual erosion,
trying again and again to hold on to some semblance of
constancy-of-home
and a sense of security-in-identity.

Triggered again and again by all this change,
We find it easy to blame,
then learn to sedate or redirect the pain and
we habituate to the semi-conscious, stuck energetic pattern

“the story of me and my unconscious,
self-absorbing, debilitating and dis-empowering
beliefs and reactive habits.”

We keep handing over the reins,
empowering the wounded mind to manufacture
a vast array of “thinking” personality disorders
and associated dramas.
Yes, this manufacturing can go on and on,
till death shuts down the mental manufacturing of our fictional falseness.

OR

We can choose to step into our heart
and access the keys to forgiveness
and real-eyes that life is the grand, macro lesson in inheriting pain
and surrendering to life
the inherited infection of ignorance, the veil of confusion.
In surrender and forgiveness, we summon Grace
to wash completely clean
all the evidence we have amassed and habitually cling

i.e. about the world handed to us by our parents and elders
as being this perpetual sentence of unrequited love

In choosing to forgive ourselves, unconditionally,
we find the keys to giving ourselves the unconditional love
we have forever tried seeking outside ourselves.
Grace enters us, to subsume and transform us,
and we then radiate a healing, integrated space
for the entire Human race.

And a new virus, rooted in the Heart,
gathers its own infectious momentum,
and begins to spread and unfold ...

Hello Kimberly and all,

Here is perhaps another way of looking at the light and dark within ourselves, as we enter and express forgiveness.

In forgiveness, we release the bonds of judgement held by our emotionally undeveloped child self (caught in blame and the emotions of fear/anger/grief), as well as the confusion of our ignorance and imprisonment our adult self suffers, from not awakening and honoring and healing the child self. Forgiveness allows these two inner selves to connect to each other, and through compassion, an inner felt sense of unconditional love begins to grow. This is the healing we are all challenged with and why our relationships with others are such powerful mirrors for us.

I am awakening in Crystal River, FL this morning, on the Western FL coast, about 90 minutes north of Tampa.

More soon! - Howard
