Before any action,

before any thought,

the Stillness ... exists.

Accessible to all,

to dip your ladle,

to stir your pot

or

to let it all come to rest

 and discover the clarity

 contained in the Stillness.

The Stillness remains completely unchanged

 however much your own personal pot

 may boil over

 or become agitated and opaque.

In every moment

 realize you are at choice

 to offer and embrace clarity or confusion.

Open to the Stillness.

Allow yourself to be washed clean.

Offer all that troubles you to the Stillness.

Offload your sadness and grief.

Become the messenger of a newly discovered peace.

Speak openly your deepest honesty.

Demonstrate,

Articulate,

through behavior,

the reverence and responsiveness

 born within your own manifestation of the Stillness.
