Profile Information

About Me: As a senior ordained member of Thich Nhat Hanh's Order of Interbeing (Tiep Hien), I practice with the sweet and tender Cloud Cottage Sangha in Black Mountain, North Carolina. My husband and I have led mindfulness retreats in Pennsylvania, Florida, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Arizona, New Jersey, Ireland and Scotland. We are currently training the staff at Mission Hospital in Asheville to teach mindfulness practice to in-patients.
