About Me
I live in West Asheville with my beautiful daughter and husband. I run the West Asheville Yoga studio where I teach yoga classes, yoga nidra practices, and special classes with my husband for couples. I love to sing and play harmonium, and I lead the chanting in a kirtan band called "Japa." I am an avid hiker and feel most as peace when I'm outside in the woods somewhere.
