Supporting Non-Duality and Awakening in Asheville and Beyond

I’m posting this here because it’s truly amazing to me how this guy deals with the life and death issue.  Part of this was difficult to watch even though I knew he wouldn’t fall.  This is the  recreational activity with the most  solid ironclad guarantee to keep you right in the present.

It’s also the least likely activity to be covered by your life insurance policy.

Agreed. There is something about being in danger that brings one to the Here and Now which is to say to a state of meditation.  You really cannot be anywhere but Here & Now when your very life is hanging in the balance.  People usually think of the meditator as some one sitting silently watching his breath or reciting some mantra but being in extreme action can yield the same results which may be the whole appeal of such sports as rock climbing and driving at break neck speeds.
