Event Description

Join Amana Aile Shebar and friends for Writing From The Heart workshop.

Listed as one of the top  "Best of WNC 2013" creative writing teachers in the Mountain Xpress poll, (Amana) Aile Shebar offers her last Asheville workshop in 2013.
She'll be sharing her signature process Writing from the Heart™for writers in all genres, non-writers, meditators, spiritual enthusiasts from all paths, and the curious.
This gathering will be held on Saturday, September 28, from 1:30 - 5 PM, in a private home in Asheville and also live via Skype, for those who live further afield and would like to join in. For more information or to register, please contact Amana Aile Shebar, here on Asheville Sangha, through her event page on Facebook, https://www.facebook.com/events/1399582840269499/, or by calling 828-777-0369.
The theme is "An Attitude of Gratitude" - exploring themes through Writing Practice and Inquiry that help us to see where we are and are not grateful in our lives, and the affect our perspective has on our view of ourselves and, by extension, the world. We encourage our inner voices to speak and express themselves and share aloud (always optional) in a safe supportive milieu.
Our creative potential becomes even more expanded and ready to be limitless, when it is given freedom of expression! Please join us either on Skype or in person.
