My home is 7 minutes drive from downtown and visitors say, 'you have found a piece of heaven on earth'. . .Koi fish ponds, vegetable gardens, cherry tree, blueberries/blackberries/raspberries, rain barrels, outdoor shower, green egg bbq and gorgeous deck and gardens.
Hardwood floors and stunning collector furnishings. Beautiful energy, zero clutter and a feeling of a retreat house.
I am a mature 52 year old woman, looking for a very unusual housemate. . .one who loves a LOT of silence and would keep this home as it feels now, peaceful, calm and healing. Someone who doesn't drink, do drugs or smoke and is interested in mindful living. A housemate who would share in taking care of the fish, help grow food and tend to the plants and herbs, and of course enjoy eating it.
No other pets, just fish :)
I am interested in a mostly silent house with simple quiet exchanges and lots of spaciousness to do inner work.

The shared cost would be $650 per month plus share of utilities.
