Freedom Of The Heart with Janet Sussman

Join Janet Sussman Friday May 18th at Nourish & Flourish. The heart is the mediator, the warrior and the seat of our true being. In order for us to be effective problem-solvers in this time of planetary transition, the strengthening of the spiritual heart is key.

What will you gain from this workshop?
1) Learn to simply balance the base of the
heart chakra.
2) Learn to work through the “stem” of the heart and align the receiving and giving “chambers” of the heart.
3) Understand how the heart projects its influence into our personal environment.
