EFT is easy to learn and remarkably effective for relieving and eliminating: Anxiety, Guilt, Cravings, Anger, Phobias, and Self Defeating Patterns. It is based on balancing the energy meridians, and is an amazingly effective self-help tool that offers you lasting change.

Meditation reduces stress, increases resilience and immune function, and is a pathway to deeper awareness of the spiritual dimension. Gary's intent is to go deeper than concepts, into a direct experience of the “Ground of Being” that is usually overlooked, but is always present.

The first two classes may be attended separately for $25 each.
