Cabin for rent at Black Mountain retreat center

I'm currently living and working on the property of a soon-to-be retreat center in Black Mountain. There are several small rental cabins here being rented on a month-to-month basis and one will be available by the end of the month. Below is some more information about it. MONTH-TO-MONTH IN BLACK MOUNTAIN

Charming 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom renovated cabin with vaulted ceiling situated on a creek.  Walking distance to downtown Black Mountain, Lake Tomahawk and Montreat.  Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9 am daily. $1,175 per month, plus utilities (propane and electricity).  Free wifi. Security deposit required.  Rental application fee of $30.  Available October 1.  Sorry, there is no smoking anywhere on the property, and no pets.
