Awakening in Nature Hike

Each excursion begins with a grounding meditation and intention setting. Then, we will walk silently into the natural beauty that gives us the air we breath. At the end of the journey, we will have an optional sharing circle for those who feel so inclined. Please email me (treycarland@gmail.com) to receive information on the pick up locations.

The weather is chilly this time a year, so wear layers. Comfortable shoes and water are also a must.

I can hold up to 4 passengers in my car, so please email me if you need a ride. I love to take meditative drives, which makes the "getting there" is as awakening as the "being there."
