Hi Leonard, thank you for making yourself available for Satsang. For me Being together in satsang is a wonderful way to stabilize into the presence of now. Your presence and practical pointers to recognize the many tricks of the ego is most helpful. Seeing and admitting to the often unconscious influence of the mind on drawing one out of Being present is a great  help.
