A YEAR-LONG COLLECTIVE JOURNEY INTO MEDITATIVE SELF-INQUIRY
An online program for inquirers
Running February 2021 to January 2022, Abiding in the Heart is an opportunity for 20-35 participants to make consistent contact with a loving presence within. A supported journey into the essence of your being.
The material and engagement is available for participants to set much of their own rhythm, while it also invites collaboration and affinity with fellow participants. A beautiful balance between autonomy and a collective journey.
• Together, we learn and practice self-inquiry in the form of The Work of Byron Katie.
• Participants offer one another a container of accountability and integrity.
• With several optional pieces of the program, participants choose their own level of engagement.
