3 Night Weekend Retreat with Alaya

Dearest Beloved,

  Spring is a time of renewal and awakening.  Awakening from this deep winter slumber. The world we experience with our senses like the trees, flowers, rocks and all variety of life arises from this primordial source of energy and this mystery that creates all sacred form. 
This energy, always alive, always arising and constant, is moving and changing our world, our bodies and lives in each moment.
In our individual lives this flowering of true essence, living wisdom energy arises effortlessly as with all the natural world and is transformed into unique natural expression. As humans we have the unique capacity to form an energy that moves away from this moment - this is the movement of and experience of separation. This movement, this fundamental turning away is our root of suffering.
Our suffering in this moment invites us within, opening with tenderness to reveal the truth that remains, the awakening heart.
We are always here my Beloved.  Complete and ready to flower again into direct experience.
Let’s gather in community and sacred space for deep inquiry into what is keeping us from direct present knowing of our true nature. This natural ever present ground of Being.
